This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.p.C.') by the petitioner/ accused No.2 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.31O of 2024 on the file of Korutla police Station, Jagtial District, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 447, 427 and 506 read with 34 of IPC.

Heard Sri K.Venumadhav, learned counsel for the , I petitioners and Sri S. Ganesh, learned Assistant public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 - State.

Without going into the merits of the case, since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the I petitioner is less than seven (07) years, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the I I Investigating Ofhcer on or before 14.06.2024 between l1:OO a.m. and 05:00 p.m. and in turn, the Investigating OfFrcer is directed to follolr- the procedure laid down under Section 4l-A Cr.p.C. and also the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme
