THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.11621 of 2015 O R D E R:

The petitioner, who is working as a Bus Body Coach Builder attached to Guntur-I Depot of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (for short 'the Corporation'), challenges the order passed by the Depot Manager, Guntur-I Bus Depot, relieving him from service on 24-03-2015, as he has been deputed to work at Tenali Depot of the respondent Corporation.

Because the petitioner's services are needed at Tenali Bus Depot, he has been deputed, on temporary basis, to go and work thereat. The petitioner cannot make a grievance out of the same. The interests of the Corporation are far more paramount than the interests of the employees concerned. When once an employee has been transferred, on deputation basis for a short period, to a different Depot, he cannot make a serious grievance out of it. Even otherwise, the distance between Guntur City and Tenali Town is hardly thirty kilometers. Therefore, I do not find any justification to entertain this writ petition.

However, it has been brought to my notice that the Managing Director of the respondent Corporation has issued Circular Instructions on 22-08-2014 extending the deputation period in respect of the temporarily transferred deputationists up to 31-05-2015 or till further guidelines are issued, whichever is earlier.

Therefore, all I need to observe is that the respondents will bear the Circular Instructions referred to supra issued by the Managing Director of the respondent Corporation in mind while considering the case of the petitioner.

With this, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage, but however, without costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand

disposed of.
