Learned counsel for the petitioners filed a Memo, dated 19.01.2015, stating that the entire case record was handed over to the petitioners. Having regard to the same, the names of the petitioners are printed in the cause list. The petitioners are called absent today.

2. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. The interim order earlier granted in W.P.M.P.No.32573 of 2010 on 08.10.2010 stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
