This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.290 of 2014 of Kothur Police Station, Mahabubnagar District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 I.P.C.
2) When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the investigating authority referred the matter as false and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.
