THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25794 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Court has granted interim order on 03.04.2013 which reads as follows:

"The petitioner shall be subjected to the Trade Test and his result shall also be published, without any reference to the pending of this writ petition. However, it shall always be open to the respondents to call for a detailed verification of the certificates and qualifications of the petitioner. However, the petitioner shall also submit his original ITI certificate, original hall-ticket, and online application.

In pursuance of the aforesaid interim order the respondents 1 and 2 filed counter stating that the petitioner was not covered in 1: 1 ratio, as he was secured less marks than the cut-off marks. It is also stated in the counter that after conducting the Trade Test, list of eligible candidates in the ratio of 1:1 was also drawn and displayed in the website of APGENCO on 01.07.2013 and approval was also accorded to the concerned Heads of power generating stations of APGENCO vide Memo dated 03.10.2013 for appointing 1505 candidates in various power generating stations. The concerned stations Heads have also issued appointment orders as per the approval accorded in the Memo dated 03.10.2013. It is further stated that already selection process

has been completed and appointment orders have been issued and selected candidates have joined the duty. In view of the above, since the petitioner could not secure minimum cut off marks and already selection and appointment process is over, but petitioner did not choose to challenge the same. Hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 29.12.2016 tk
