Sri V.S.R. Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the present Transfer C.M.P. has become infructuous in view of the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
