This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner on 17.06.2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner case No.66 of 2019 is registered.

The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. If petitioner still aggrieved, it is open for him to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
