ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the publication of final electoral rolls dated 18.12.2007 issued by the 4th respondent to the No.3, Enamadala West Tank (Minor Irrigation) Water Users Association, Prathipadu Mandal, Guntur District, is illegal, contrary to the provisions of the A.P. Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Act, 1997 as well as A.P. Farmers Management of irrigation Systems (delineation and formation of Water Users Association) Rules 2003 and to quash or set aside the same and to issue a consequential direction to the respondents to prepare the voters list in accordance with the provisions of the A.P. Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Act,1997 as well as A.P. Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems (delineation and formation of Water Users Association) Rules, 2003."
At the hearing, Mr. A. Rajendra Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dt.27.12.2007 shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P. Nos.36055 of 2007 and 16650 of 2008, and W.V.M.P. No.2432 of 2008 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
