THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4578 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order dated 19.06.2013 in I.A.No.158 of 2013 in O.S.No.650 of 2012 on the file of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa. 2.

I.A.No.158 of 2013 was filed under Order I Rule 10 of CPC to implead third party as 4th defendant in the suit, but the said suit was disposed of by the trial Court on 22.06.2013. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision. 3.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
