This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in issuing proceedings dated 15.09.2017 under Form-IV proposing to conduct 'No Confidence Motion'.

When the matter is taken up for admission, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of subsequent developments, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
