This criminal petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A3 to 46 seeking to grant bail to them in Cr.No.263 o'f 2020 on the file of Kazipet Police Station, Warangal, registered for the offences under Sections 4'1 9, 501(B) IPC and under Sections 66C 66D of lT Act, 2008. 2.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/A3 to 46, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The prosecution case is that the de-facto complainant has obtained onilne loan amount from different Apps, but failed to repay tne same. The persons belong to APPS were giving online loans with excess rate of interest and they also threatened him to pay the amounts even after repaying the amounts to them and harassed him mentally. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners/A3 to 46 submits that the petitioners are innocent of the alleged offences and they have been falsely implicated in the crime. He further submits that the petitioners were engaged with the companies as managerial level officers and that no role can be attributed to them for such transactions. He further submits that initially 26 cases were registered against them and thereafter, 5 more cases were registered against them. He also submits that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 17.06.2021 and they are law abiding citizens and ready to abide by any conditron imposed by this Court in the event of their enlargement on bail.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and looking into the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioners/A3 to A6 and also in view of the peculiar conditions of pandemic COVID-19 prevailing in the country, without delving into the merits of the matter, I am inclined to grant bail to petitioners/A3 to A6.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners/A3 to A6 are directed to be released on bail, subject to the following terms and conditions:
(i) The petitioners/A3 to 46 shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bond to the tune of Rs.1,00,0001 (Rupees one lakh only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon. (ii) On such release, the petitioners/A3 to 46 shall appear before the Station House Officer, Central Crime station, Cyberabad, on every Friday between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM., till completion of investigation and filing of the charge sheet. (iii) the petitoners/A3 to A6 shall appear before the Court concerned personally on each date of hearing till conclusion of trial.
(iv) the petitionersiA3 to A6 shall not indulge in any similar type of activities in future. lf they are indulged in similar type of activities in future, liberty granted to them shall stand cancelled automatically.
(v) the petitioners/A3 to 46 shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses;
(vi) the petitioners/A3 to A6 shall co-operate with the investigating agency.
(vii) the petitioners/A3 to 46 shall not misuse the liberty granted to them.
B.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
