In spite of issuing a notice by the learned counsel for the petitioner informing the petitioner to make alternative arrangement in view of his appointment as a Government Pleader, no arrangement was made. Though this Court issued notice to the petitioner on 28.01.2016, none filed vakalat on behalf of the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
