THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1727 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.19539/2016 dated 04.07.2016. In the said writ petition, this Court directed respondent No.3 therein to consider the appeal, preferred by the petitioner on 21.10.2013, and pass appropriate orders thereon within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. When the Contempt Case is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the respondent produced before this Court a copy of the order passed in October 2016 disposing of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, pursuant to the order of this Court.

In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the present Contempt Case and accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved with the order passed in the appeal.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
