Though the petitioner is seeking suspension of proceedings dated 29-05-2019 issued by respondent No.5. he has not challenged the same in the main writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition for challenging the proceedings dated 29-05-2019.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
