THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5084 of 2017 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel for both the parties that subject matter of O.S.No.159 of 2014 was compromised between the parties and Lok Adalath also passed an Award to that effect on 20.08.2018, as such, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
