Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner claims that he purchased agricultural lands in Sy.Nos.78/A79 to an extent of Ac.0.05 guntas, 78/A3 to an extent of Ac.0.28 guntas and 78/A2 to an extent of Ac.0.28 guntas at Deshitikyala village, Nagarkurnool Mandal, Nagarkurnool District, on 07.05.2015 by way of registered sale deed. He applied in Form VI-A through A.P. Online for mutation of his name. On the said application, Smt.Edudodla Neelamma-4th respondent filed objection. In response to the application of the petitioner and objections of 4th respondent, the Tahsildar, Nagarkurnool issued several notices on 17.11.2016, 08.02.2017, 06.03.2017, 03.05.2017 and 25.05.2017. In the notice dated 25.05.2017, it is written as final notice. But, so far the issue is not finalized causing hardship and suffering to the petitioner.

The notice issued by the Tahsildar to conduct enquiry is filed in the material paper book at Page No.22.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits and preserving the rights of 4th respondent in contesting the claim of petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Nagarkurnool, to finalize the issue duly taking note of respective submissions and communicate the decision by way of a reasoned order to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks
- 3 - from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the respective parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
