The Writ Petition is filed to declare the proceedings of respondent No.1 dated 20.10.2010, recommending bid of respondent No.3, as illegal. A consequential direction was sought to set aside the proceedings of respondent No.1 dated 20.10.2010.

Interim stay of all further proceedings, pursuant to proceedings dated 20.10.2010, was granted by this Court on 12.11.2010.

Today, a representation has been made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
