This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not considering the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 05.11.2014, 04.10.2014 and 28.10.2014 and taking action against the illegal construction and violation of Zonal Regulations made by respondents 4 to 7 contrary to the building permission vide B.A.No.310/2007/ACP-VI/G-1, dated 26.12.2007, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S. Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 and Sri G. Ram Gopal, learned counsel for the 7th respondent.

Sri S. Lakshminaryana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions submits that the representation of the petitioner has already been considered.

Having regard to the fact that the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and action has been taken, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
