HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRL.P.No.6175 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed Under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the Petitioners-A2 to A5 to quash the proceedings initiated against them in Crime No.116 of 2015 of III Town Police Station, Nandyal, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 307, 406, 420 I.P.C., Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. On a complaint given by the 2nd respondent herein, a case in Crime No.116 of 2015 was registered against the petitioners and another by the Sub Inspector of Police, III Town Police Station, Nandyal, Kurnool District for the aforesaid offences.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State.

The allegations in the complaint prima facie reveal the commission of alleged offences by the petitioners herein and accused No.1. It is a matter, which requires investigation by the police. Therefore, I see no grounds to interfere at this stage with the investigation of the case.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to proceed with the investigation expeditiously, however, the petitioners-A2 to

A5 shall not be arrested without following the procedure as contemplated under Section 41A Cr.P.C.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
