THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT Writ Petition No.35652 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner complains against inaction in disposing of representations, dated 30-07-2016, 06-08-2016 and 27-08-2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

At request of learned standing counsel, the writ petition has been adjourned from 21-10-2016 to today. The learned standing counsel submits that normally transfer of student is not permitted from one campus to another campus and discretion of respondents is confined or guided by guidelines. The petitioner is permitted to file additional representation, if any, to consider his case, within one week from today and if such a request is made, respondents are directed to consider independently the representation now filed along with representations already filed in this behalf within a further period of two weeks.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
