THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11813 of 2013 ORDER:

This Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.10 to call for the records relating to Crime No.58 of 2013 of Chittoor Taluq police station, Chittoor District, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323 and 506 read with 34 IPC and quash the same.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh brought to the notice of this Court that in the aforesaid crime the Investigating Officer after completion of investigation filed charge sheet and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. 3.

At this stage, when the charge sheet is filed, the question of quashing the proceedings in the aforesaid crime does not arise. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate application for quashing the proceedings in Charge Sheet, if any, if they are so advised. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
