THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1503 of 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is stated to be covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19103 of 2015, which was, in turn, passed as per the order passed in W.P.No.15268 of 2010.

The writ petition is therefore disposed of following the said order and in terms thereof as under:

"Hence, the writ petition is disposed of, directing that in case the petitioner insists that his vehicle be released for major repairs and he is not able to replace it without another vehicle, the respondent shall accede to such request and he may, in turn, grant transport permit on the same route in favour of the owner of another vehicle, in accordance with law."

In consequence, the impugned order is set aside. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
