THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE Nos.1629 AND 1635 OF 2014 P.C: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Mr. G. Vidya Sagar, learned Senior Counsel for respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondents have not undertaken selection process of the employees to be engaged according to the present proceedings till today for the maintenance of the Sub-stations. In view of the statement made by the learned Senior Counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press these Contempt Cases.

The Contempt Cases are accordingly disposed of as not pressed.
