THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.C.No.1998 of 2014 ORDER:

This Contempt Case was initiated against the respondent/Contemnor since the statement in the counter-affidavit filed by him in the C.C. (that certain documents were not submitted by petitioners in WP.No.29996 of 2014) appeared to be incorrect in view of the observation made by this Court in an order dt.28.01.2014 in WP.No.1057 of 2014 to which he was a party that all the documents were submitted by petitioners herein to respondent on 27.01.2014 and the respondents had passed an acknowledgment in that regard.

2. It is now brought to my notice that the observation in the order dt.28.01.2014 in WP.No.1057 of 2014 that "all documents have been submitted by the petitioners to the respondent-Corporation on 27.01.2014 and that the respondent-Corporation had passed an acknowledgment in that regard" have now been deleted by order dt.10.03.2015 in WPMP.No.4677 of 2014 in WP.No.1057 of 2014 and the said Writ Petition has been restored to the file of this Court. In this view of the matter, this Contempt Case is closed.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
