The petitioners filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to conduct a survey and demarcate the subject land by fixing the boundaries in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0-24 guntas in Sy.No.117/A, Ac.0-33 guntas in Sy.No.117/AA, Ac.0-33 guntas in Sy.No.117/V of the first petitioner, admeasuring 0-23 guntas in Sy.No.117/A, Ac.0-34 guntas in Sy.No.117/AA, Ac.0-33 guntas in Sy.No.117/V of the second petitioner and Ac.0-23 guntas in Sy.No.117/A, Ac.0-33 guntas in Sy.No.117/AA and Ac.0-34 guntas in Sy.No.117/V of the third petitioner situated at Kothapet village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

The facts which lead to filing of writ petition are as under: The petitioners are the absolute owners and possessor of the lands admeasuring Ac.0-24 guntas in Sy.No.117/A, Ac.0-33 guntas in Sy.No.117/AA, Ac.0-33 guntas in Sy.No.117/V, Ac.0-23 guntas in Sy.No.117/A, Ac.0-34 guntas in Sy.No.117/AA, Ac.0-33 guntas in Sy.No.117/V, Ac.0-23 guntas in Sy.No.117/A, Ac.0-33 guntas in Sy.No.117/AA and Ac.0-34 guntas in Sy.No.117/V respectively, situated at Kothapet village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The 3rd respondent issued pattedar passbooks and title deeds in their favour and their names were also mutated in the revenue records.

It is further averred that the petitioners approached the respondents 1 to 3 and made a representation to them on 08-02-2011 seeking survey and fixing the boundaries to their lands, as their neighbours are encroaching on to their lands in that regard. It is stated that till date, the respondents did not take any action on the said representation. Hence, the writ petition.

respondent for conducting survey of the land after paying necessary charges, but no action is taken till date. According to him, the application is still pending.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue opposed the application contending that the question of fixing the boundaries would not arise, when the ownership of the land is in dispute. Having regard to the circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioners on 08-02-2011 in accordance with law at the earliest, provided the petitioners have fulfilled all the legal requirements required while making the said application.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
