It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue raised in the Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.14.02.2017 in W.P.No.5038 of 2017.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the impugned notice dt.29.03.2018 in M.C.No.A/210/2018 is set aside. No order as to costs. 4.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
