This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, to dispose of C.F.R.No.5740 of 2016 pending on its file.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh. 3.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner herein filed a complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C. against the respondents 2 to 15 before the court of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, and the same was numbered as C.F.R.No.5740 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complainant's sworn statement was recorded by the trial Court on 17.02.2017. The only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial court to dispose of C.F.R.No.5740 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, is hereby directed to dispose of CFR No.5740 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible. 6.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
