No. 86/2014 dt.3- 4-2014 as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, contrary to resolution of the Gramapanchayat dt.73-2014 and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent no 4 to renew the leases of the petitioners for further period in respect of their shops.
