HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14223 of 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with the civil dispute of the petitioner by demanding the petitioner to evict his tenants from the flats and handover possession of the flats to the 4th respondent.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dated 12.07.2019 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, S.R.Nagar P.S., Hyderabad.

To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under:

"It is submitted that with regard to allegations made by the petitioner that the respondent No.2 is compelling him to sell his flats and demanding to handover the flats to respondent No.4 is false and denied herewith, as the respondent No.2 never directed the petitioner to sell his flats nor directed him to handover the same to respondent No.4. With regard to allegations made by the petitioner that the respondent No.2 made a call tohim on 30.06.2019 and threatening with dire consequences to comply the demand of respondent No.4 is false and denied herewith, as respondent No.2 never made any call to the petitioner nor threatened him to comply the demand of respondent No.4."

Recording the aforesaid written instructions the writ petition is disposed of placing the said written instructions on record and the 2nd respondent is also directed not to interfere with the civil disputes. However,

this order will not preclude the respondent police from investigating into any crime. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
