Kuchipudi Gandhi, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.6148 of 2015 O R D E R:
Learned Government Pleader for Cooperation (Andhra Pradesh) has secured the presence of the Commissioner & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Government of Andhra Pradesh, in the After Noon today. The Registrar assured this Court that necessary steps will be put in place for furnishing instructions to the learned Government Pleader and her team of Assistants in all cases, which appear in the High Court from now on. Hence, the presence of the Commissioner & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Government of Andhra Pradesh is dispensed with.
The learned Government Pleader has secured instructions and would submit that the 4th respondent, through its Proceedings dated 02-03-2015, based upon the Resolution said to have been passed by the Managing Committee of the Society on 28-02-2015, placed the writ petitioner under suspension and that is the reason why he is not permitted to discharge his functions in the Society. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that till 17-03-2015, the petitioner has not even been communicated the order by the Society and only when the news item appeared in the media, did the Society transmitted the orders dated 02-03-2015. He expressed grave reservation about the genuineness and correctness of these orders. However, that is not a matter for consideration of this Court, at this stage.
Hence, preserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue all such remedies, as are available to him under law, this writ petition stands dismissed at the admission stage, but however, without costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand
dismissed.
