This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 4, in not taking steps against the illegal construction being carried on by respondent No.6 at the premises bearing H.No.2-3-64/D/2, Tirumala Nagar, Amberpet, Hyderabad, situated adjacent to the petitioner's building, as illegal and arbitrary.

The petitioner

sought for a consequential direction to the said respondents and respondent No.5 to take steps for demolition of the illegal construction forthwith. Mr.K.V.Rusheek Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, 03-12-2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court requesting to list the case under the caption 'for withdrawal' on the ground that he has received such a request from his client. At the hearing, Mr.S.Niranjan Reddy, learned Counsel representing Mr.K.V.Rusheek Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has reiterated the said request.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.50203 & 50204 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, are disposed of as infructuous.
