When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri Kouturu Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri B. Mayur Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the respondents that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.4570 of 2008, dated 06.06.2017.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, these Writ Petitions are also allowed in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
