This revision, under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, is filed by the petitioners/ claim petitioner Nos.1 and 2 aggrieved by the action of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Siricilla, Karimnagar District in not disposing E.A.No.4 of 2014 in E.P.No.5 of 2012 in O.S.No.92 of 2009.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners/ claim petitioner Nos.1 and 2 and perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioners would contend that though the revision petitioners had filed E.A.No.4 of 2014 under Order Rule read with Rule of CPC six years back, the same has not yet been disposed of. 4.

Under these circumstances, learned Senior Civil Judge, Siricilla, Karimnagar District, is directed to dispose of E.A.No.4 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
