Sri Kota Subba Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed a letter dated 18.01.2016 to the Registrar (Judicial) wherein he has stated that he is instructed by the appellant to withdraw M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.4523 of 2011.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.4523 of 2011 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, the appeal is dismissed and the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
