THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.25398 of 2005 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 06.10.2015, the matter was listed to 12.10.2015 under the caption "for dismissal". In spite of matter being posted under the caption "for dismissal" there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 26.10.2015. As a final chance the same was listed to today under the same caption. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning session or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.
