This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C to withdraw S.C.No.9 of 2016 pending on the file of the Court of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Bhimavaram, and transfer the same to the Assistant Sessions Court either at Tanuku or Tadepalligudem of West Godavari District.

There was no representation for the petitioner on 02.06.2017. Hence the matter was directed to be listed today under caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
