The case of the petitioners is that they made representation on 02-03-2017 to the 4th respondent for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds and entering their names in revenue records in respect of subject land i.e. Ac.1-97 cents in Sy.No.78 having purchased the same under registered sale deed No.397/1990, dated 27-12-1990 by their father. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners have to make necessary application in Form 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act (for short "the Act"). In view of the same, it is open for the petitioners to make application under form 6-A of the Act to the 4th respondent and on making such application, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same and take action within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 20-04-2017 Nvl
