This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents in allowing the students of the petitioner college to appear for the 2nd year B.Sc.,(N) examinations of 2014-15 batch by issuing student ICR, OMR, N.R.D.F. and Hall tickets to them to the examinations scheduled to be held from 02.11.2016 to 16.11.2016 pursuant to the notification No.E7/2017/B.Sc.,(N)/2012, dated 22.08.2016 issued by the respondents as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
