This Civil Revision Petitions is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 28.07.2017 passed in I.A.No.304 of 2017 in O.S.No.555 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Khammam.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Permission is accorded.
