HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.6900 & 6901 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6689 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of C.C.No.1044 of 2015 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.416 of 2014 of Langer House PS, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 494, 495, 496, 497 r/w 109 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
