ORDER:

This Court disposed of W.P.No.27610 of 2014, by order, dated 17.09.2014, directing the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 04.08.2014, and pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law.

2. On behalf of the respondent, counter affidavit is filed. In para 4 of the counter affidavit, it is asserted that in terms of the directions issued by the Court, orders are passed on 12.12.2014 and the same are communicated to the petitioner. Copy of the order is enclosed to the material papers.

3. In view of the same, there is no violation of the orders of this Court. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
