This petition is filed by the petitioner-respondent, under Section 24 of CPC, to withdraw F.C.O.P. No.13 of 2017 from the file of Family Court, Rajahmundry and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to be heard and decided along with F.C.O.P. No.178 of 2017. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
