Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16794 of 2009 dated 11.8.2009 and requested to dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the said order, directing the Respondents to make payment of arrears of salary under the Head of Account "010 - salaries". 2.
The learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondents also not disputed the same and submits that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of W.P.No.16794 of 2009 dated 11.8.20009. 3.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.16794 of 2009 dated 11.8.2009 and the Respondents are directed to pay salaries to the petitioners from the Head of Account "010salaries" as has been extended to the similarly situated persons, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
