HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.15132 OF 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the retirement benefits of his late father Sri Ananda Rao, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the respondents to release the retirement benefits of his late father, who worked as teacher in the 2nd respondent. 2.

The relief sought by the petitioner is release of terminal benefits of his father. If the terminal benefits of the father of the petitioner have not yet been paid to the petitioner, the respondents shall pay the same to the petitioner as per rules, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
