B/O RRB 09.12.2021 LK,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2021 Petitioners/A-1 and A-2 filed this application to relax the condition of attending before the Station House Officer, Uppal Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, on every Saturday between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm, imposed by this Court vide order dated 26.07.2021 in Crl.P.No.5480 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/A-1 and A-2 submits that ever-since the date of the order, the petitioners have been complying with the said condition. He further submits that though the petitioners have been complying with the said condition, they are facing lot of hardship since they have been attending the Police Station every Saturday during the last four months.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor does not dispute the fact that the petitioners have been attending the Police Station on every Saturday since the date of the order.

In view of the above, the petitioners/A-1 and A-2 shall appear before the investigating authorities on first Sunday of every month between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm till completion of investigation and filing of final report.

The I.A. is ordered, accordingly.
