Without expressing any opinion on merits, the competent authority is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 27-03-2018 and 02-04-2018 and take action accordingly within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
