This criminal petition is of the year 2011. When the matter was called on 06.10.2017, none appeared for the petitioners, and the matter was posted to 24.10.2017. Even on 24.10.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and, therefore, the matter was directed to be posted on 25.10.2017 under the caption of "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting this criminal petition.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim stay granted on 31.10.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.10380 of 2011 shall stand vacated. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed.
