The revision pertains to 2004 and the proceedings before the trial Court in C.C. pertains to 1997. Even though there is a direction by this Court to the counsel for the petitioner to take out personal notice to second respondent, so far, no steps have been taken. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the revision.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
