THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CC NO.1399 OF 2016 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-consideration of petitioner's representation by the District Collector, East Godavari, Kakinada in spite of a specific direction of this Court dt.31.12.2015 in W.P.MP.No.55043 of 2015 in W.P.No.42689 of 2015.

Since, subsequently the District Collector, East Godavari was summoned to this Court and he has taken appropriate action in the matter, I see no reason to punish the respondentDistrict Collector, East Godavari District at Kakinada in this Contempt Case.

Therefore, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
