This Criminal Revision Case, under Sections 397 & 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused, to set aside the Docket Order, dated 19.03.2018, passed in Crl.M.P.No.1521 of 2018 in C.C.No.816 of 2016 by the II Additional Senior Civil Judge - cum - VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused would submit that the petitioner/ accused would file an application, in person, before the Court below to recall the Non-bailable Warrant issued against him.

In the event of the petitioner/ accused filing such application, the Court below may consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.

With the above observation, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
